The mountain is high enough to climb, the water is deep enough to dive and we should keep improving and not be afraid of hardships. In order to improve the problem-solving ability and teaching level of young teachers in the mathematics group of the Primary Section, further enhance the professional quality of teachers and promote their professional growth, on the afternoon of September 29th, the mathematics teaching and research group of the Primary Section held a problem-solving contest for young teachers. Specifically, the competition aims at creating efficient classroom teaching, and taking textbook interpretation as the carrier so that teachers can work hard and get familiar with the teaching materials, flexibly use the subject knowldge to improve their teaching ablility and level, which can help improve the overal quality of teachers. Meanwhile, in the competition, the teachers examined and answered the questions carefully, demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
On the whole, this problem solving contest further aroused the enthusiasm and initiative of young teachers to consolidate the basic teaching skills. The first stage of the competition came to an end, yet the young teachers in the mathematics group did not stop their pursuit of excellence. Additionally, in the next stage, the mathematics group will explain, analyze and discuss the questions of this competition. Indeed, the contest is just a form, but improvement is the goal. Therefore, it’s believed that in the process of continuous learning, exploration and reflection, young teachers will surely accelerate their growth, steel themselves and make more efforts.
